This single red brick property was purchased by a private client with a view to expanding the single dwelling and outhouses into three. The dwelling was housed in the central portion and either side was a large garage and storage barn. We provided the client with a comfortable sized three bedroom house and a good sized single bedroom home with views of the sea. The development has a hard landscaped courtyard with parking and shared access.

Refurbishment and fit out of an existing hair salon with a contemporary aesthetic. The brief required the shop to be contrasting and visually significant. This was achieved with the use of bright contrasting colours, and a distinctive ‘leaning wall’ with display units as an entrance feature.
